  • 250 grams of pizza dough
  • 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese
  • 100 grams of emmental cheese
  • 50 grams of parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to create a 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
  5. Slice or tear the mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese and distribute them on top of the tomato sauce.
  6. Grate the emmental and parmesan cheese and sprinkle them over the other cheeses.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with dried oregano and a pinch of salt.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
