Ingrédients
- 250 grams of pizza dough
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 100 grams of gorgonzola cheese
- 100 grams of emmental cheese
- 50 grams of parmesan cheese
- 150 grams of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°C (482°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to create a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Slice or tear the mozzarella and gorgonzola cheese and distribute them on top of the tomato sauce.
- Grate the emmental and parmesan cheese and sprinkle them over the other cheeses.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with dried oregano and a pinch of salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
