Ingrédients

  • 4 cuisses de poulet
  • 1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive
  • 1 cuillère à café de paprika
  • 1 cuillère à café d’ail en poudre
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de sel
  • 1/4 cuillère à café de poivre noir
  • 1/4 cuillère à café de thym séché

Instructions

  1. Nettoyez le poulet et séchez-le avec du papier absorbant.
  2. Dans un bol, mélangez l’huile d’olive, le paprika, l’ail en poudre, le sel, le poivre et le thym.
  3. Enduisez les cuisses de poulet avec le mélange d’épices.
  4. Préchauffez l’air fryer à 180°C (356°F).
  5. Placez le poulet dans le panier de l’air fryer en une seule couche.
  6. Faites cuire à l’air fryer pendant 45 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que le poulet soit bien croustillant et cuit à l’intérieur.
  7. Retournez le poulet à mi-cuisson pour assurer une cuisson uniforme.
  8. Servez chaud, accompagné de légumes ou de frites.
